Stanley Dollar Remodel – Warm, Smart, and Completely Reimagined

Welcome to our Stanley Dollar project. A complete interior remodel that’s as elevated as it is inviting. This Rossmoor condo got the full Toupin treatment: fresh finishes, custom craftsmanship, and smart use of every square inch.

We kicked things off with a living room showstopper—a one-of-a-kind, dimensional wood-wrapped fireplace that brings warmth, texture, and a whole lot of “wow.” It's not just a fireplace; it's the focal point and soul of the room.

In the kitchen, we stayed true to the client's love for rich wood tones while updating the space with modern touches like quartzite countertops, glass cabinet doors, and layered lighting. It’s timeless, functional, and totally ready for dinner parties or slow Sunday mornings.

The bathroom updates speak for themselves. We blended soothing colors, fresh tilework, and accessible design to create serene, spa-like escapes. We maximized functionality without sacrificing style, because yes, you can have both.

Every detail was thoughtfully chosen and crafted in-house by our Toupin team. From the sleek built-in bookcases in the den to the custom vanity and bold tile selections in the bath, this project is a love letter to good design, and a perfect example of what happens when craftsmanship meets comfort.
