This stunning remodel on Verdi Lane in the heart of Piedmont blends historic charm with refined modern updates. Toupin Construction preserved the home’s classic architectural character while introducing high-end finishes, smart layout changes, and elegant material choices throughout.

The kitchen was reimagined to offer both sophistication and function, featuring custom inset cabinetry, honed marble countertops, and a handcrafted tile backsplash. A professional-grade appliance suite and antique brass fixtures add warmth and vintage appeal, while updated lighting enhances ambiance and usability.

In the bathrooms, we combined timeless elements with luxurious comfort—custom vanities, frameless glass showers, and marble mosaic tile details create spaces that feel both classic and curated. Additional upgrades include refinished hardwood flooring, custom trim work, and carefully restored period details.
