Re-engineering was required to make the kitchen a bit more open to the adjacent living spaces which was a high priority to the client. Additionally updating the overall look to be more contemporary with new stainless appliances, clean white shaker style cabinets, Gray quartz countertops, marble backsplash and porcelain tile flooring was accomplished. The layout and design of the space was vastly improved to make the kitchen more functional and additional storage was added in the nook side of the kitchen still maintaining a casual dining area.

In the upstairs kids bath we modernized and beautified the space, making small adjustments to also accommodate a stackable washer/dryer in the adjacent closet space. The bathroom has the special touch of wainscotting around the perimeter with inset tiles carried over from the tub/shower surround.
