1301 Golden Rain – Traditional Charm with Modern Comfort

This Golden Rain renovation was all about honoring timeless character while improving everyday function. Located in the heart of Rossmoor, this single-level unit needed some updates, but we made sure to keep its welcoming charm intact.

We kept the classic maple cabinetry and granite countertops in the kitchen, giving the space a gentle refresh with modern lighting, new appliances, and thoughtful styling. It's warm, traditional, and now much more functional, with a cozy breakfast bar that invites conversation.

The bathrooms were reimagined for both comfort and accessibility. The walk-in shower features custom tile, brushed gold finishes, and grab bars for safety without sacrificing style. Small touches, like built-in niches and a bench, make this bathroom feel like a spa retreat.

Throughout the home, we installed durable wood-look plank flooring, added layered lighting, and updated paint selections to create a brighter, more open feel. Everything flows better, feels fresher, and works for real life.
