This elegant Golden Rain unit in Rossmoor was transformed into a modern, light-filled retreat with style and comfort in mind. The Toupin Construction team executed a full remodel, including the kitchen, bathrooms, flooring, and finish selections throughout.

The kitchen now features bright white cabinetry, soft-close drawers, and sleek quartz countertops that offer a clean and timeless look. Stainless steel appliances, updated lighting, and a reconfigured layout enhance both function and flow. In the bathrooms, we incorporated modern vanities, custom tile work, and updated fixtures to create spa-like environments that feel luxurious yet practical.

Wide-plank luxury vinyl flooring runs throughout the unit, tying the spaces together while providing durability and ease of maintenance. Every detail was selected to maximize light, comfort, and accessibility for active Rossmoor residents.
