At Toupin Construction, we believe a well-designed space starts with well-made materials and when it comes to cabinetry, that means KraftMaid. We’ve partnered with them for over 30 years, and this new blog series is all about sharing why.

So… Who Is KraftMaid? 

KraftMaid is one of the most respected names in the cabinetry world. Based in Ohio, they’ve been designing and building semi-custom cabinets since the 1960s, blending artisan-level detail with large-scale production. 

They’re known for their craftsmanship, smart storage features, gorgeous finishes, and a massive range of door styles. Basically, if you can dream it, KraftMaid can probably build it (and we’ve probably installed it).

Here’s something that might surprise you: most of our team from office management to the guys in the field have completed KraftMaid training courses. 

Some have toured the Ohio factory, learning how the cabinets are built from the inside out. Others have traveled on trips sponsored by KraftMaid to deepen their knowledge of the product line. And many of us have taken multiple education classes over the years to stay sharp on every door style, finish option, and installation tip. 

That continuing education isn’t random it’s part of our company culture. It’s something Tim Toupin, our founder, has always prioritized. He believes if we’re going to install something in your home, we better know it like the back of our hand. 

And honestly? He’s right.
